The Powerpuff Girls were typically a lighthearted trio who acted as the showrunners for one of Cartoon Network's most iconic superhero shows, The Powerpuff Girls. Each episode was filled with the girls facing real-world, childhood problems while simultaneously fighting off massive monsters and saving their beloved city of Townsville. Every now and again though, the show took a dark turn that I don’t think anyone ever expected. For instance, do you remember the episode where the Powerpuff Girls basically broke reality creating one of the darkest moments in the history of the series?
