Homemade Apple Juice (3-4 people)

1 apple
1/2 tangerine
1 teaspoon honey
250 ml water

How to make:

1- Remove the peel, seeds and hard parts of the apple. The apple peel is rich in nutrients, it is okay to use it.

2. Cut the apple into 1-2 cm cubes.

3. Remove the peel, thin skin and white stripes from the tangerines.

4. Place the apples, tangerines, honey and water in the blender.

5. Blend in the blender for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and, when everything is well mixed, it is ready.
